About AiVA

AI agents for every organization, without the infrastructure barrier

AiVA is the iTRTech Group company dedicated to artificial intelligence agents for business management. It was born in 2025 in Lisbon, during the Scaling Up programme, to make AI agents accessible to every organization, without each company having to build them from scratch.

The agents in the catalog handle concrete tasks in recruiting, operations, finance and careers, and they are used every day by the group companies themselves.

What AiVA does

A catalog of agents in production

Ready-to-use AI agents, each trained for one role: candidate screening, voice time tracking, invoices, resumes and more.

Access managed per organization

Each company switches agents on for its team, with SSO, roles and permissions per person and per agent.

Distribution for agent builders

Developers publish their agents to the catalog and AiVA handles access, API keys and usage analytics.

Custom solutions

For more complex cases: integration with existing systems, agents configured to each company process, SSO and dedicated support.

iTRecruiter is born
The group starts in tech recruiting, in Portugal and Brazil.
2024
Startup Lisboa
The project is accepted into Startup Lisboa.
2025
AiVA is born
The group joins the Scaling Up programme in Lisbon. AiVA and SYRA are born.
2026
iTRTech Group
The four companies come together as iTRTech Group. Julia is a finalist at Excellence in Data & AI 2026.
